越南水產界對新公佈之進口規範感到憂心 越南水產界不認同越南農業暨農村發展部(MARD)公佈自9月1日 生效的水產品進口規範，並對其實施後可能面臨的困境感到憂心。針對進口動物食品產地的食品衛生及安全管理室內設計之25/2010公告，進口商認為有很多水產品的生鮮原料購自無原產地的船，要取得規定檢附的健康證明已不容易，更遑論遵守進入國內市場前完成檢疫的規定。至於針對水產及水產品明訂檢疫規範的06/2010公告，水產室內裝潢業者表示為了邊境管理之便，而將水產品與陸地上的豬、雞等畜產品視為一體甚不合理。倘持續執行25/2010，失去競爭力的國內出口商將無法與中國、泰國等國家匹敵。（摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 17/2010）辦公室出租NEW IMPORTS REGULATIONS RAISES CONCERN FOR SEAFOOD COMPANIESMany seafood businesses have voiced their concerns about difficulties they may face in theimplementation of new regulations on 銀行利率seafood imports issued by the Ministry of Agriculture andRural Development (MARD). The new regulations, which have taken effect from September 1, areCircular 25/2010 that guides the food 借錢hygiene and safety control for imported foodstuffs of animalorigin, and Circular 06/2010 that specifies regulations on quarantine for seafood and seafoodproducts.Circular 25 stipulates that 新成屋seafood raw materials must be accompanied with health certificates andquarantined before it is brought into the domestic market.Many importers said it is hard to obtain such certificates, 襯衫since in many cases seafood materials arebrought in by ships that do not belong to the country of origin.With regards to Circular 06, many seafood businesses also said that the combination 烤肉of terrestrialanimal products, like pork and chicken, with fishery products into one group for border control isunreasonable.If Circular 25 continues to be enforced, domestic exporters will 二胎lose competitive advantage to theirrivals in several countries, including China and Thailand.
